1. An independent player
Klyvo Play is an independent media player. It does not provide, sell or host television channels, movies, series or media subscriptions. Users are responsible for the sources they connect.
2. Authorized sources only
Connect only sources you own or are explicitly authorized to use: personal media, playlists from your legitimate providers, freely licensed streams, and guides that permit such use. When you add a source you confirm that you hold these rights.
3. Prohibited use
Using Klyvo Play to access content without authorization is prohibited. We do not assist in finding, sharing or configuring unauthorized sources — including in support conversations, our communications and our marketing.
4. Reports & takedown
Rights holders can report abuse through the contact page. Reports are reviewed promptly; verified violations lead to warnings, source removal or account suspension, as proportionate.
5. Our promise
This policy protects users, rights holders and the product. Klyvo Play markets itself only for legitimate use and never promises “free channels” or similar claims.
