Manage your playlists with your MAC address and Device Key

No email, no password: your device's address and Device Key are enough to manage its playlists from a phone or a computer. Here is how.

Typing a long server address with a TV remote is nobody's favourite moment. With the Klyvo Play client portal, you manage your device's playlists from a phone or a computer — and the TV picks up the changes on its own.

1. Find your two codes

Open Klyvo Play on your TV, phone or box. The first screen shows the device's address (in the format of a MAC address) and its Device Key; you will find them later in the settings, under This device. Klyvo Play never reads your hardware's real MAC address: these codes belong to this installation of the app.

2. Sign in to the portal

On the client portal, enter the address and the Device Key, then complete the check. No account, no email, no password.

3. What you can do

  • Add a playlist: Xtream login (server, username, password) or M3U link.
  • Add an EPG link (XMLTV) so the TV guide shows the real programme — see TV guide (EPG).
  • Force an update: the app reloads the playlist within a few minutes — handy when your service has just added channels or new titles.
  • Remove a playlist, or delete all of this device's data.

4. On the TV

The app checks its playlists at every launch and every few minutes while it stays open: a playlist added on the portal appears on its own, with nothing to type. At every launch, it also reloads your playlist to show your service's latest titles.

Klyvo Play is a player and does not sell any content: the playlists you add are those of the service you are authorized to use.
