1. What Klyvo Play is
Klyvo Play is an independent media player developed by the Klyvo Play team. It lets you organize and play media sources that you provide and are authorized to use. Klyvo Play does not provide, sell, host, index or promote television channels, movies, series or media subscriptions of any kind.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement in your jurisdiction. Sessions and devices can be reviewed and revoked from your account at any time.
3. Your sources, your responsibility
You confirm that you hold the necessary rights for every source you connect — playlists, logins, guides and files. Connecting sources you are not authorized to use is a violation of these terms and may lead to suspension. Klyvo Play plays your sources; it does not verify, endorse or supply them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service: no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping of the platform, no reselling of access, and no use of the player to infringe third-party rights. Rate limits and anti-abuse protections apply to activation and API endpoints.
5. Trial, license and billing
Every device begins with a free 7-day trial with all features enabled. Continued use requires an annual license of €10 per application, renewed yearly and cancellable at any time — cancellation stops the next renewal while the current period keeps running. Displayed prices may be adjusted for local taxes at checkout. Licenses cover player functionality only and never include media content. Until commercial billing launches, no payment is collected and trials remain free.
6. Availability
We work to keep Klyvo Play available and fast, but the service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Playback of your sources depends on those sources — their availability is outside our control.
7. Termination
You may stop using Klyvo Play and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, after notice where legally required. Upon deletion, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy and data deletion page.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced in advance through the service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
